The Bainbridge Companies is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to work under the Community Manager, keeping resident files current in OneSite, handling rent receipts, delinquency management, and FAS reviews. Assist with turnover, new leases, and renewal processes while maintaining strong customer relations and efficient administrative support.

Qualifications include at least two years in residential property management, fluent English, and basic accounting skills.

Formación

• Two years of experience in residential property management or a related field.
• Fluently read and write English.
• Ability to perform intermediate mathematical functions and use on-site resident management software.

Responsabilidades

• Show, lease and move in prospective residents.
• Maintain excellent customer service relationships with residents, vendors, and staff.
• Monitor market conditions and train staff on leasing knowledge.
• Help maximize rental income and occupancy through sales and marketing plans.
• Prepare and administer operating budgets with the Community Manager.
• Input cash receipts and reconcile rent collections in OneSite.
• Manage move-out inspections and Final Accounting Statements (FAS).
• Prepare legal notices in accordance with state law and company standards.
