Blockchain is seeking a Compliance Analytics Associate to join our Americas team in Buenos Aires. You will lead on-chain monitoring, travel rule compliance, and investigations, collaborating with Product and Engineering to automate workflows and enhance risk-based decisions.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in AML/financial crime, hands-on Chainalysis KYT experience, and familiarity with Notabene. This in-office role offers equity and bonuses within a fast-growing fintech environment.

Formación

• 3+ years' experience in Compliance, AML, Financial Crime, or related role.
• Hands-on experience with Chainalysis KYT and blockchain investigations.
• Experience with Notabene preferred.
• Experience performing KYC/CDD, EDD and transaction monitoring reviews.
• Ability to translate investigations into technical specs for engineering.

Responsabilidades

• Use Chainalysis to investigate wallet addresses and transaction histories.
• Define controls for wallet screening, sanctions exposure, and high-risk activities.
• Review exposure and assess risk indicators.
• Investigate alerts and determine next steps based on customer activity.
• Develop and refine transaction monitoring rules and risk indicators.
• Identify emerging crypto crime typologies and support controls development.
• Ensure travel rule compliance and data transmission.
• Provide guidance and training to Compliance team on blockchain investigations.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Product to build automated workflows.
• Translate requirements into technical specs for developers.
• Identify opportunities to automate manual investigations and data collection.
• Utilize AI/LLM tools to speed up write-ups and research.
