Sunrise Management is seeking a Community Manager for Villa Del Mar Apartments in Oceanside, CA. The role oversees all on-site operations, staff leadership, leasing, maintenance, and resident relations to ensure a Positive Living Experience.

You will manage rent collection, budgeting, marketing, and compliance with Fair Housing laws while fostering a customer-service oriented culture. The position includes an on-site unit and offers competitive compensation.

Formación

• A college degree or related coursework is preferred.
• Minimum of one to two years of property management experience required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and property management software.
• Strong problem-solving, leadership, and customer service skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality, professionalism, and neutrality in all interactions.
• Knowledge of California landlord-tenant laws, Fair Housing policies, and basic accounting principles.

Responsabilidades

• Lead on-site staff, hire, train, and evaluate while fostering a supportive environment.
• Develop an on-site team and conduct regular inspections for safety and cleanliness.
• Enforce move-in/move-out protocols and payroll submissions.
• Oversee rent collection, delinquencies, and budgeting processes.
• Promote units, maintain leasing records, ensure Fair Housing compliance, and analyze market trends.
• Respond to resident concerns with professionalism and timely service; ensure safety.
