Zoomcar is looking for a Technical Account Manager in Buenos Aires, Argentina. You will serve as the primary technical contact for our premium customers, focusing on network security and delivering exceptional service.

This role involves analyzing customer network data, educating customers through webinars, and providing technical support to clients across the LATAM Region.

The position requires strong communication skills and relevant experience in network settings, with additional preference for certifications like CCNA and CCNP.

Formación

• Relevant professional experience ideally in network industry.
• CCNA, CCNP, CCIE, and/or CISSP certifications preferred.
• Willingness to travel.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze and recommend changes for network configurations.
• Educate customers and deliver webinars or workshops.
• Manage technical cases until closure.
• Conduct weekly status calls and quarterly reports.
