Job summary

JPMorgan Asset Management seeks an experienced Documentation Specialist to support mutual funds and ETFs with SEC registrations and ongoing reporting. This role interfaces with the Funds business and the Asset & Wealth Management legal organization in a fast-paced, growing platform.

Responsibilities include drafting offering documents, updating prospectuses, coordinating Board materials, and supporting new fund launches and ongoing maintenance.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience drafting mutual fund disclosures and SEC-related documents.
• Familiarity with SEC filing processes and financial printers.
• Strong written and verbal communication across groups.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven setting.
• Willingness to learn registration statement software.
• Experience reviewing shareholder reports is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Independently prepare, draft, update, and review Fund offering documents and related regulatory filings.
• Draft and update Fund prospectuses, summary prospectuses, and SAIs.
• Utilize registration statement/filing software to input, manage, and track document changes.
• Coordinate materials for Fund Board meetings, including supporting documentation.
• Support new product launches and ongoing maintenance of existing Funds and strategies.
• Liaise with financial printers and coordinate filing logistics; support the SEC filing process as needed.
• Partner with internal stakeholders across product strategy, fund administration, marketing, risk, compliance, and portfolio management.
