Job summary

Roche is seeking a Portfolio Lead Molecular to design and drive the portfolio and market development for Molecular products in the region. You will act as the SPOC for portfolio topics and collaborate across Market Access, Medical, BD, Sales, and external stakeholders to maximize patient and customer value.

The role requires a strong blend of scientific understanding and strategic marketing, with leadership of Disease Area squads and the ability to travel.

Qualifications

• University degree in Health Sciences or related field.
• Experience in marketing or business development in the Diagnostic (IVD) market.
• Knowledge of South American health systems.
• Strong technical and clinical understanding of molecular products.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement portfolio and market development strategies for Molecular.
• Serve as SPOC for molecular portfolio, product and launch topics.
• Develop and execute strategic marketing plans, business cases, and launch plans.
• Manage full commercial lifecycle of molecular products, including pricing and profitability.
• Collaborate with Market Access, Medical, BD, Sales and external stakeholders.
• Lead Disease Area squads and act as Product Owner where applicable.
• Travel as required to engage with stakeholders.
