Biopharma Careers is seeking a Therapeutic Area Head, Oncology, to lead a strategic and high-growth oncology portfolio with accountability for commercial performance and portfolio strategy.

You will drive development and execution of innovative commercial strategies that accelerate growth, engage cross-functional teams, and shape future opportunities while building a high-performing organization capable of delivering patient impact in a rapidly evolving healthcare environment.

Formación

• Extensive pharmaceutical commercial leadership experience including P&L, budgeting, and cross-functional leadership.
• Strong Oncology expertise with success in launches, portfolio management, and growth.
• Proven people leadership with building high-performing teams and talent development.
• Strong strategic, analytical, and financial acumen (budgets, forecasting, planning).
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication in a complex matrix.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Oncology strategy and drive sales growth, market share, profitability, and portfolio success.
• Own end-to-end commercialization of Oncology, including lifecycle, launches, strategic planning, and growth opportunities.
• Partner with Medical Affairs, Value & Access, Customer & Market Activation, and regional teams for aligned strategy and flawless execution.
• Leverage insights to shape innovative commercial strategies, strengthen product positioning, and optimize performance.
• Build, develop, and inspire a high-performing commercial team.
• Establish trusted relationships with healthcare professionals, payers, key accounts, and industry leaders.
