Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Mobile Technician to perform preventive maintenance and repairs across multiple facilities. You will assist with installation and modification of building equipment, review work orders, and ensure energy efficiency and code compliance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 1-2 years of job-related experience. In lieu of a diploma, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work.
• Communication skills to exchange straightforward information.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset and basic math ability.

Responsibilities

• Perform ongoing preventive maintenance and repairs on facility mechanical, electrical, and other building systems and equipment.
• Assist with installation and modification of building equipment and systems.
• Review work orders and estimate time and materials to complete repairs; manage and track completion.
• Support energy management to ensure systems operate efficiently.
• Inspect new or existing installations for compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
• Communicate clearly with clients, coworkers, and supervisors; respond to inquiries or complaints.
