Job summary

Randstad Argentina is seeking a Data Migration Lead to drive end-to-end data migration planning and execution for a global automotive client within a consulting context. The role focuses on defining approaches, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring data readiness for the target system.

The ideal candidate has proven leadership in large-scale migrations, strong data migration methodology expertise, and experience with ERP migrations (S/4HANA preferred).

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Data Migration Lead or Team Lead in large-scale enterprise programs.
• Strong knowledge of data migration methodology: extraction, transformation, cleansing, validation and loading.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across multiple workstreams.
• Ability to define migration controls and risk management strategies.
• Experience working in S/4HANA or similar ERP migration programs (preferred).
• Intermediate to advanced English — interviews conducted in English.
• Availability to work in UTC timezone (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM).
