Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering or related discipline required.

You will lead a diverse team of professionals, from engineers and geologists to frontline supervisors and operators, fostering a culture of operational excellence and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities

• Direct and manage all aspects of mine production, including planning, scheduling, and execution.
