Monks is seeking a Senior Designer for a temporary 3-month contract (Oct–Dec). You will join a creative team to ensure pixel-perfect deliverables across digital and print, collaborating with art directors and clients.

The ideal candidate has a strong portfolio, 4+ years in digital/print production, and a background in or aptitude for both design and production workflows. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma is essential.

Formación

• Minimum 4 years of experience in digital and print production, ideally in an agency.
• Portfolio showcasing presentation design skills and versatility.
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field; HTML/CSS knowledge advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with Creative and Design Directors to produce impactful visuals.
• Finalize emails, direct mail packages, banners, image assets, and mock-ups per specifications.
• Adhere to brand guidelines while developing new styles and proposals.
• Translate vision and strategy into effective visuals with business leaders.
• Adapt, retouch, and scale assets for digital and print formats.
• Design presentations for executives and external events.
• Seamlessly transition between digital and print production.
• Refine rough sketches with clients, executives, strategists, and creatives.
• Manage multiple projects with lead and Project Managers.
