Job summary

Mindray in Argentina seeks a National Service Manager to lead service management and provide high-level technical support in coordination with HQ.

You will train distributors, set up local operation platforms (call center, spare parts inventory, customer care programs), drive service quality and customer satisfaction, and travel across provinces as required. English communication is required; Chinese is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/college Degree in engineering (bioengineering/biomedical) or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of customer service experience in medical industry.
• Experience with Life Support, Medical Imaging or IVD products.
• Strong coaching and leadership skills; ability to motivate internal employees and outside partners.
• Good communication skills and customer service awareness; team oriented.
• Willingness to travel frequently across provinces/cities as per work requirement.
• Good English speaking and writing skill; Chinese speaking is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage service operations and provide technical support, coordinating with HQ service team.
• Guide distributors on service team management per Headquarters instruction and optimize procedures.
• Provide training to distributors' service teams to improve service quality and customer satisfaction.
• Collect competitors' service related info and drive self-improvement.
• Set up local operation platforms, including call center, spare parts inventory management, and customer care programs.
• Collect end users' feedback and optimize workflows.
