Job summary

Get Linked Up is seeking a highly organized Medical Case Manager to support a busy pain management practice focusing on personal injury cases. You will manage a large caseload, coordinate with attorneys and paralegals, and ensure accurate documentation so patients are cleared for treatment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of 70+ active personal injury patients.
• Coordinate with law firms, attorneys, paralegals, and legal case managers.
• Obtain and verify insurance policy limits, liability information, and case details.
• Gather and review HIPAA authorizations and other required documentation.
• Ensure all paperwork and case information are complete before treatment.
• Coordinate patient appointments, treatment updates, and follow-ups.
• Maintain accurate patient records and case notes.
• Track pending information and proactively follow up with law firms to prevent delays.
• Identify and resolve documentation or communication issues efficiently.
• Take on additional responsibilities and leadership opportunities as the company grows.

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Medical Case Manager to support a busy pain management practice specializing in personal injury cases.

This position focuses on the medical provider side of personal injury case management, working directly with attorneys, paralegals, and legal case managers to coordinate patient care, obtain necessary documentation, and ensure patients are cleared and ready for treatment.

The ideal candidate must be proactive, an excellent communicator, and capable of independently managing 70+ active cases while maintaining accuracy, organization, and timely follow-ups.
