Job summary

Sezzle is seeking a data-driven, highly organized Marketplace Operations & Experimentation Specialist to join our Marketplace team and report to the Product Manager for Marketplace. This role blends operations, product, and data; you will launch and monitor A/B tests, coordinate with product, engineering, data, design and partnerships, and turn results into clear recommendations.

This role requires launching experiments, coordinating with partners, and turning insights into actionable

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
• 1 to 3+ years of experience in operations, experimentation, or product analytics.
• Highly organized. You can run many tests and workstreams at once without anything slipping.
• Clear written and verbal communication in English, with teammates across the business and external partners.
• Strong analytical skills. Comfortable with SQL and dashboards, and able to read A/B test results (lift, significance, sample size).

Responsibilities

• Experimentation: Set up, QA, and launch A/B tests across Marketplace features. Ensure targeting, variants, and tracking are correct before going live.
• Partner & Marketplace Operations: Create and manage placements, promotions, coupons, and offers; manage cashback programs; onboard stores and activate domains; map user/merchant segments; QA audits and alert setup.
