Job summary

Sezzle is seeking a data-driven Marketplace Operations & Experimentation Specialist in Argentina (remote) to join our Marketplace team. You will bridge operations, product, and analytics to drive experimentation across shopping features and partner integrations.

You’ll launch and track A/B tests, maintain a living test registry, onboard new stores, and translate results into concrete actions. This role emphasizes rigor, speed, and cross-team collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, SE, data science, statistics, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Set up, QA, and launch A/B tests across Marketplace features.
• Monitor running tests, flag issues early, and call results once they reach significance.
• Keep a single source of truth for every test: what’s live, who sees it, and what we learned.
• Create and manage placements, promotions, coupons, and offers across the Sezzle app.
• Set up and manage cashback programs in internal admin tools.
• Onboard new online stores into the marketplace and activate their store domains.
• Keep a clear map of user and merchant segments for features, placements, and offers.
• Run regular QA audits and set up alerts for problems before users notice.
• Benchmark our shopping experience against competitors and propose new placements and deals.
• Document test plans, results, and processes; explore automation with AI.
