Job summary

J.P. Morgan is seeking a Margin Analyst to monitor and manage margin exceptions arising during daily client trading activities. You will assess when manual intervention is necessary using team-developed tools and ensure compliance with Reg T and internal policies.

You will coordinate with front offices and operations, review cash and margin activity daily, and help resolve margin-related inquiries while delivering strong client service.

Responsibilities

• Monitor margin loans to ensure compliance with equity level requirements
• Serve as a primary liaison between front offices and operations
• Conduct daily reviews of cash and margin exceptions to prevent Reg T violations
• Reconcile transactions between bank and brokerage accounts
• Ensure collateral agreements for JPMCC customer accounts adhere to Federal, FINRA, and internal policies
• Manage client account interest and fee postings
