• Process non-managed and managed journals, including internal transfers.
• Validate transaction details and correct exceptions to reduce processing risk.
• Review and process systematic requests in line with documented procedures.
• Investigate inquiries and provide clear, timely responses to stakeholders.
• Escalate issues appropriately and track them through to resolution.
• Coordinate timely delivery of assets to external firms across domestic and international markets.
• Ensure daily cut-offs are met while maintaining accuracy and control standards.
• Document actions taken and maintain accurate records to support auditability.
• Identify recurring issues and contribute to process improvements.

As an Asset Movement Analyst in Asset and Wealth Management, you will support the day-to-day processing of internal and external asset and collateral movements. You will work closely with partners across locations and teams to resolve issues and improve the client and stakeholder experience.
