Qualifications

• Experience in a dealership or automotive service environment.
• Ability to interpret customer concerns and translate into repair instructions.
• Knowledge of repair order documentation, maintenance recommendations, warranty awareness, and service workflow.
• Proactive, dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a performance-driven environment.
• Strong rapport-building and professional communication, with urgency without sacrificing quality.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for service guests and create a seamless, luxury-level service experience.
• Listen to customer concerns, document repair needs, coordinate with technicians, and communicate throughout the repair process.
• Greet guests, review vehicle concerns, recommend maintenance and repair services, and prepare accurate repair orders.
• Provide timely updates, explain recommendations, obtain approvals, and inform customers about pricing, timelines, and status.
• Work with technicians, parts, warranty, and management to ensure orders are written clearly and vehicles move efficiently.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer retention, service sales, and department performance through high-quality communication.
• Maintain attention to detail, sound judgment, and a calm, guest-focused approach in a fast-paced environment.
