CGB Enterprises, Inc. is hiring a general laborer at a facility that loads and unloads barges and trucks.

The successful candidate will perform a wide range of duties based on daily operations, including barge loading, transferring grain, and maintaining quality throughout storage and handling. Responsibilities include adhering to OSHA and company safety standards, completing timely documentation, and possibly operating heavy equipment.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent is required or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Preferred: 1 year of experience in an industrial environment with a dependable work record.
• Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities include basic math, clear communication, documentation, following directions, teamwork, tool use, and customer service excellence.

Responsabilidades

• Participate in the Safety Program and attend daily pre-shift meetings.
• Perform barge loading duties and oversee deckhand(s).
• Transfer and move grain to appropriate locations while maintaining quality.
• Complete documentation timely and accurately.
• Operate heavy equipment as required and perform general housekeeping.
