Qualifications

• 2+ years of lifecycle marketing, CRM marketing, email marketing, or marketing automation.
• Advanced English (C1) with excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent time management and ability to manage multiple campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize lifecycle campaigns across email, SMS, push, and other channels.
• Develop engagement strategies for acquisition, onboarding, retention, and reactivation.
• Build automated workflows and customer journeys using CRM platforms.
• Segment audiences by behavior and lifecycle stage.
• Create personalized campaigns to improve engagement and conversions.
• Coordinate calendars, content, and timelines for campaigns.
• Conduct A/B tests to optimize messaging and performance.
• Monitor key metrics and prepare actionable performance reports.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, sales, and customer success teams.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and best practices.
