Syneos Health is seeking a seasoned consultant to join the R&D Advisory Group within Syneos Health Consulting, helping life sciences organizations across research, clinical, regulatory, quality and pharmacovigilance.

You will work with senior stakeholders, develop proposals, plan engagements, oversee quality of deliverables, and advance business development while building networks through events and referrals—driving impact in changing operating models and strategies.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or business
• Extensive experience in consulting management in the life sciences, pharmaceutical/biotech consulting industry or equivalent industry role
• Experience working in one or more R&D operational roles either in industry or consulting
• Strong presentation and business development skills

Responsabilidades

• Work with senior customer stakeholders to comprehend the customer’s business goals, processes, operations, and expectations
• Develop customer proposals, demonstrating a clear understanding of the needs and objectives, approach and solution, plus the commercial construct to deliver projects
• Develop engagement strategies and plans and present findings and recommendations to team members
• Conduct quality management oversight of project deliverables
• Develop content to leverage in business development opportunities with prospective customers
• Actively build networks of customers by utilizing social media, attending seminars and conferences, and through referrals
