The role emphasizes strong communication, bilingual English/Spanish skills, and the ability to manage administrative tasks in Yardi, with evenings/weekends as needed.

Formación

• Passion for exceptional customer service.
• 2+ years in sales and/or customer relations.
• Bilingual English & Spanish highly desired.

Responsabilidades

• Provide A+ customer service and greet/qualify prospects.
• Process lease paperwork and input data into Yardi accurately.
• Assist in resident retention and renewal notices.
• Adhere to all policies, Fair Housing, ADA, and industry laws.
