J.P. Morgan is seeking a Lean Supply Chain Expert within the Infrastructure Platforms Supply Chain team. You will lead end-to-end product delivery, manage dependencies, and liaise with stakeholders to enable stable and scalable product delivery across a large global organization.

As an individual contributor, you will drive process improvements, release management, and change readiness. You will partner with global teams and vendors to optimize supply chain operations, ensure on-time delivery,

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in product delivery or related area.
• Experience in operational management and change readiness.
• Track record in continuous improvement and lean delivery.
• Release management experience across product/platform.
• 5+ years influencing peers and cross-functional teams in lean culture.
• Resilience to change in large organizations.
• Strong global supply chain understanding.
• Excellent verbal and written communication to collaborate with global teams.
• Fluent in English.

• Lead end-to-end product delivery processes including intake, dependency management, release management, and performance reporting.
• Manage change activities across partners, ensuring risk and compliance adherence.
• Coordinate timelines and dependencies, secure resources, and liaise with stakeholders.

• Analyze processes and develop strategies to boost efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
