• 5+ years of experience in product delivery or a relevant domain area.
• Ability to execute operational management and change readiness activities.
• Strong understanding of delivery and continuous improvement processes.
• Experience in product or platform release management and deployment strategies.
• 5+ years leading and guiding team members within a lean culture.
• Ability to navigate change in a large-scale organization.
• Understanding of global supply chain management and process optimization.
• Excellent written and spoken English for global collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Leads end-to-end product delivery processes including intake, dependency management, release management, product operationalization, delivery feasibility decision-making, and reporting.
• Leads change management activities across functional partners ensuring compliance requirements.
• Manages timelines and resources while monitoring blockers and liaising with stakeholders.
• Collaborates with global stakeholders and vendors to optimize supply chain operations.
• Analyzes processes and develops strategies to improve efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
