J.P. Morgan seeks a Lean Supply Chain Expert to drive end-to-end product delivery within Infrastructure Platforms Supply Chain. You will act as an individual contributor enabling stable, scalable delivery, coordinating with global teams to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.

You will influence stakeholders, manage release processes, and implement efficiencies across product delivery and procurement functions in a dynamic, large-scale environment.

Formación

  • Minimum 5+ years delivering products or similar domain.
  • Experience executing operational management and change readiness activities.
  • Proven track record in lean delivery and continuous improvement.

As a Lean Supply Chain Expert in Infrastructure Platforms Supply Chain team, you are an individual contributor that enhance and optimize the way products are delivered to customers. As a key member of the team, you create solutions and efficiencies that enable successful implementations in an expedient and organized way. You are trusted to enable the stable, scalable delivery of products. You will ensure high-quality, on-time delivery, customer satisfaction, and the implementation of key solutions and efficiencies.

Job responsibilities
  • Leads end-to-end product delivery processes including intake, dependency management, release management, product operationalization, delivery feasibility decision-making, and product performance reporting, while escalating opportunities to improve efficiencies and functional coordination.
  • Leads the completion of change management activities across functional partners and ensures adherence to the firm's risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
  • Effectively manages timelines and dependencies while monitoring blockers, ensuring adequate resourcing, and liaising with stakeholders and functional partners.
  • As an individual contributor, collaborate with and influence global stakeholders and vendors to optimize supply chain operations and streamline procurement processes, ensuring seamless integration and execution.
  • Analyze existing processes and develop innovative strategies to improve efficiency and maximize cost-effectiveness.
  • Serve as a pivotal leader to ensure superior quality, on-time delivery, customer satisfaction, and implementation of key solutions and efficiencies.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product delivery or a relevant domain area
  • Demonstrated ability to execute operational management and change readiness activities.
  • Strong understanding of delivery and a proven track record of implementing continuous improvement processes.
  • Experience in product or platform-wide release management, in addition to deployment processes and strategies.
  • 5+ years of experience influencing peers and cross-functional stakeholders within a lean culture, driving processes and solving problems in initially ambiguous situations.
  • Resilience and adaptability to navigate continuous change in a dynamic, large-scale organizational environment.
  • Strong understanding of global supply chain management, with the ability to analyze processes and identify and implement improvements.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to enable collaboration with global teams.
  • Fluent in English
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • Proficient knowledge of product development life cycle, design, and data analytics
  • Expertise in lean manufacturing principles and practices; background in industrial, lean, or manufacturing engineering.
  • Experience working with international teams and understanding of global supply chain dynamics.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, including applying Artificial Intelligence to drive process improvements; experience in lean product delivery.
