J.P. Morgan is seeking an Industrial Engineer in its IP Supply Chain to mature and improve multimillion-dollar supply chain processes using Lean methodologies. You will work with Demand & Supply Planning and Delivery Execution and interface with Supply Chain customers to align with product roadmaps.

The role emphasizes data-driven problem solving, collaboration across teams, and hands-on improvement of scalable data and system solutions in a global financial services environment.

Formación

• Baseline knowledge of hardware, networking terminology, databases, and storage engineering.
• Fluent in English.
• Proficiency with Excel and Copilot.
• Knowledge of Agentic AI tools.
• Basic knowledge of infrastructure technology and scripting (Python).
• Basic knowledge of cloud infrastructure.
• Interest in modern technologies and industry trends.

Responsabilidades

• Apply technical knowledge to projects of moderate scope, focusing on data and systems at scale and end-to-end monitoring of applications.
• Drive the daily activities supporting the standard capacity process applications.
• Consider upstream/downstream data and systems or technical implications.
• Take detailed directions from team leaders to analyze data and systems and conduct problem solving
• Tackle routine technical tasks and issues such as collecting, analyzing, and monitoring data in test and production
