JPMorgan Chase & Co. invites an Industrial Engineer to join the Infrastructure Platforms (IP) Supply Chain team in Buenos Aires. You will help mature and improve multimillion-dollar supply chain processes and systems using Lean methodologies.

You will collaborate with Demand & Supply Planning and Delivery Execution teams, analyze data, and support end-to-end monitoring of applications, driving improvements across the data and systems that run at scale.

Formación

• Baseline knowledge of hardware, networking terminology, and databases.
• Familiar with deployment practices, automation, and resilience assessments.
• Proficient in English and able to articulate technical information.
• Basic knowledge of one infrastructure technology and scripting (e.g., Python).
• Basic knowledge of cloud infrastructure.
• Interest in modern technologies and industry trends.

Responsabilidades

• Apply technical knowledge to projects of moderate scope and monitor data and systems at scale.
• Drive the daily activities supporting the standard capacity process applications.
• Consider upstream/downstream data and technical implications.
• Take directions from team leaders to analyze data and conduct problem solving.
• Tackle routine technical tasks and issues such as collecting, analyzing, and monitoring data in test and production.

At one of the world's most iconic financial institutions, where infrastructure is of paramount importance, you can play a pivotal role. Infrastructure Platforms (IP) is a technology organization delivering a wide range of products and services for the firm.

The IP Supply Chain is a group of a high-performing, process-oriented individuals, and innovative thinkers. You will work closely with the Supply Chain operation teams of Demand & Supply Planning, and Delivery Execution. You will also interface with many Supply Chain customers to understand the needs of their product and understand their roadmaps. As an Industrial Engineer within the IP Supply Chain team, you will help mature and improve the multimillion-dollar supply chain processes and systems using Lean methodologies.

Job responsibilities

• Apply technical knowledge and problem-solving methodologies to projects of moderate scope, with a focus on improving the data and systems running at scale, and ensure end to end monitoring of applications;
• Drive the daily activities supporting the standard capacity process applications;
• Consider upstream/downstream data and systems or technical implications.
• Take detailed directions from team leaders to analyze data and systems and conduct problem solving
• Tackle routine technical tasks and issues such as collecting, analyzing, and monitoring data in test and production

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• Baseline knowledge of hardware, networking terminology, databases, storage engineering, deployment practices, integration, automation, scaling and resilience performance assessments
• Fluent in English
• Knowledge of MS Office package, including proficiency with Excel and Copilot;
• Knowledge of Agentic AI tools
• Ability to articulate technical and non-technical information and understand when to elevate issues
• Basic knowledge of one specific infrastructure technology and basic programming languages (e.g., Scripting, Python, etc.)
• Basic knowledge of cloud infrastructure
• Interest about modern technologies and familiarity with industry-wide technology trends and best practices

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• Knowledge of Lean methodology is desirable
