Placements24 is seeking a dedicated Warehouse Operations Supervisor to oversee daily activities at their Sandton facility. You will lead a team of warehouse associates, ensure efficient workflows, and uphold safety and quality standards in a fast-paced logistics environment.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong inventory control, proficiency with WMS, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while driving productivity and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in warehouse supervision or lead role.
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations and inventory management.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
• Proficiency with WMS and related software.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily tasks of warehouse staff.
• Oversee receiving, storing, picking, packing and shipping processes.
• Implement and enforce health and safety regulations.
• Conduct regular inventory checks and manage stock levels.
• Provide training and guidance to warehouse team members.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and optimize space usage.
