Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in logistics or related field.
- 7+ years in logistics/supply chain with 3+ years in management.
- Experience in transportation, warehousing and inventory control.
- Proven track record of cost savings.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Proficiency with WMS and TMS software.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic plans for logistics operations to meet company objectives and customer demands.
- Oversee all aspects of warehousing, including inventory management, facility operations, and labor allocation.
- Manage transportation networks, including carrier selection, negotiation, and performance monitoring.
- Implement and improve logistics processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Lead and mentor a team of logistics professionals, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
- Analyze logistics data to identify KPIs and drive data-informed decision-making.
