JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer III to join the Neovest team. You will help maintain, monitor, and optimize mission-critical systems through code and cloud infrastructure.

The role emphasizes reliability, scalable incident response, and continuous improvement across distributed environments. You will design and implement CI/CD pipelines, automate deployments, and collaborate with engineering and operations to ensure robust service levels.

Formación

• Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 5+ years applied experience.
• 5+ years of experience supporting production services with focus on availability and reliability.
• Proficiency in at least one programming or scripting language (e.g., Python, C#, Java).
• Experience designing or operating CI/CD pipelines and release controls.
• Experience with observability practices and multi-cloud environments.
• Familiarity with containers and orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker).
• Strong communication and collaboration across teams.

Responsabilidades

• Leads and coordinates release planning across teams.
• Designs and improves automated CI/CD pipelines with gating and rollback.
• Implements deployment strategies (blue/green, canary) and post-deploy validation.
• Defines SLIs/SLIs and alerting to improve reliability.
• Develops infrastructure as code to support secure, repeatable environments.
• Automates operational tasks and troubleshoots complex production issues.
• Improves observability with dashboards and actionable alerts.
