Job summary

LawnStarter is building the next generation of its platform and expanding the Analytics team. You will join as a Lead Product Data Analyst, partnering with product managers, researchers, and business stakeholders to drive prioritization and actionable recommendations.

You’ll operate with autonomy, setting high data standards, and delivering solutions across interactive reports, datasets, documentation, and training. The role emphasizes impact on the Pro (supply) side of the marketplace.

Qualifications

• Strong SQL skills for analytics and modeling.
• Proficient in Python or R for data analysis.
• Experience with dbt or willingness to learn dbt for data transformation.

Responsibilities

• Modeling & Analysis: build analyses and multivariate models (retention, ETA) using SQL and Python/R.
• Reporting: design and maintain dashboards and reporting systems used by teams.
• Analytics Engineering: contribute to the Data Warehouse layers, provide clean datasets for reports.
