Profound is the fastest-growing AI marketing platform used by major brands and innovators. As a Product Designer you will own data visualization and content workflow tools, shipping fast while refining user experiences.

You’ll collaborate with product managers, engineers, and data scientists, iterate from sketches to production, and help evolve Profound’s design language across the product and beyond.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience designing digital products in a startup or fast-moving company.
• Generalist with ownership of the full design stack, from flows to pixels to final product.
• Craft-focused design driven by clarity, simplicity, and execution.
• Entrepreneurial, product-thinking mindset applied to design.
• Interest in experimenting with AI and new tools (e.g., Figma plugins).
• Strong collaboration with product managers, engineers, and data scientists."
• Portfolio demonstrating thoughtful problem-solving and high-quality visuals.
• Experience on data visualization or B2B marketing products.
• Prototyping directly in code and shipping to production using Git/GitHub.
• Ability to blur lines between design, product, and engineering.

Responsabilidades

• Design core product experiences end to end, from exploration to launch and iteration.
• Translate strategy and ambiguous problems into clear, thoughtful design solutions.
• Explore multiple directions quickly through sketches, flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Fine-tune layout, typography, spacing, motion, and interactions.
• Balance user needs with technical constraints and business goals while maintaining craft.
• Incorporate user feedback and qualitative insights to refine the product over time.
• Contribute to and evolve Profound’s design language, systems, and product vision.
• Participate in design critiques to give and receive feedback on in-progress work.
