Félix is seeking a Product & Retention Analytics Manager to lead a multidisciplinary team across Chat, Retention, AI, and Operations. The role sits at the intersection of Data, Product, and Customer Experience, turning data into actions that improve conversion and retention.

The ideal candidate will raise the analytical bar, partner with stakeholders, and deliver measurable business impact through structured analysis and experiments.

Formación

• 6+ years of experience in Data Science, Analytics or product analytics.
• Strong SQL and data analysis capabilities.
• Ability to translate data into actionable product insights.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the analytics agenda for Chat and conversion, across geographies.
• Define and monitor KPIs across customer lifecycle and retention.
• Build dashboards and analytical frameworks (Amplitude) to drive decisions.
• Partner with Product, Operations, Growth and AI to prioritize initiatives.
• Raise analytical bar with structured problem solving and experiments.
