The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in inventory management, with strong SAP and MRP knowledge and the ability to influence stakeholders across functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience
• Minimum of 5 years in inventory management, supply chain operations, demand planning or related
• Experience in inventory optimization, order management, asset utilization, and inventory control processes
• Strong knowledge of SAP systems and MRP functionality
• Ability to influence stakeholders and collaborate across functions and regions
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Balance strategic thinking with tactical execution while maintaining urgency
• APICS CPIM/CSCP or similar certifications are advantageous

Responsibilities

• Monitor inventory levels and ensure weekly fluctuations align with business targets
• Implement stocking strategies to optimize availability while minimizing carrying costs
• Develop methods/programs to maximize inventory utilization and efficiency
• Monitor safety stock, global inventory, and aging inventory; address risks with regional teams
• Provide updates on inventory projections and mitigation plans for gaps or excess
• Review Slow Moving Inventory with regional stakeholders and coordinate cross-functional actions
• Forecast inventory reserves and create plans to mitigate exposure
• Collaborate with Demand Planning to maintain effective net demand plans
• Work with Supply Planning to implement stocking for local suppliers
• Support new product introductions and manage obsolete/replaced inventory strategies
