EPAM Systems is seeking a Lead Data DevOps Engineer to enhance our data infrastructure and optimize development processes. You will design and maintain data pipelines, implement automation for deployments, and collaborate with data scientists to improve data accessibility.

You will participate in cross-functional teams, ensure data security and quality, and contribute to documentation and scalable solutions in a fast-paced environment. Advanced English is required for collaboration and reporting.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Data DevOps or related field.
• Experience with Apache Kafka, Docker, and cloud platforms.
• Advanced English proficiency (B2+).

Responsabilidades

• Design and maintain data pipelines to ensure smooth data flow
• Implement automation to enhance deployment processes
• Collaborate with data scientists to improve data accessibility and usability
• Monitor data systems to identify and resolve performance challenges
• Develop and update documentation for workflows and procedures
• Ensure compliance with data security and regulatory requirements
• Conduct regular evaluations of data systems to ensure reliability and quality
• Participate in team discussions to share progress and contribute to project goals
• Provide guidance and support to team members on the use of data tools and methodologies
