EPAM Systems in Argentina is seeking a Lead Data Analyst to drive the full analytics lifecycle and empower data-driven decisions at scale. You will partner with cross-functional teams to uncover actionable insights, build robust reporting systems, and deliver KPI dashboards for real-time performance monitoring.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in data science or analytics, strong data collection and modeling skills, and proven ability to translate complex problems into clear analytics

• 5+ years of experience in Data Science or Data Analysis
• Proficiency in data collection, data modeling, and visualization
• Hands-on experience performing ad hoc analyses and carrying out research
• Demonstrated ability to build reports and KPI dashboards for real-time performance monitoring
• Strong capability to define critical success metrics and KPIs
• Proven track record of structuring complex and ambiguous strategic problems
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher

• Structure complex and ambiguous strategic problems into clear analytical approaches
• Monitor key performance metrics and determine root causes of metric changes

We are looking for a Lead Data Analyst to drive the full analytics lifecycle and empower the organization to make data-driven decisions at scale. In this role, you will partner with cross-functional teams to uncover actionable insights, build robust reporting systems, and solve complex strategic problems through rigorous data analysis.
