Media.Monks in Buenos Aires seeks an Audiovisual & AI Production Lead to guide end-to-end production of high-quality video and audio content for global brands. You will lead editors, animators, designers, sound designers, and AI Artists, ensuring on-time delivery and pixel-perfect quality.

You will collaborate with creative directors, account teams, and brand stakeholders to define project vision and technical requirements, while staying current with AI tools and production pipelines.

Formación

• 6+ years of experience producing and leading audiovisual projects.
• Strong portfolio across video, audio, and integrated campaigns.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools and models like ComfyUI, Runway, Higgsfield, Flora, Weavy.
• Proven leadership skills; able to motivate, mentor, and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a relentless commitment to quality.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the audiovisual production process from concept to final delivery for campaigns.
• Provide technical and creative direction and mentorship across post-production workflow.
• Lead a team of editors, animators, designers, sound designers, and AI Artists to ensure timely delivery.
• Lead AI Artists to set day-to-day workflows and tooling standards.
• Ensure production best practices and pixel-perfect quality on time.
• Collaborate with creative directors, producers, and brand stakeholders on vision and strategy.
• Manage time estimates and talent schedules to meet deadlines.
• Oversee quality control for brand and compliance across platforms.
• Stay up to date with audiovisual tech trends and recommend new tools.
• Foster a positive, high-performing team culture focused on creativity and customer-first thinking.
