Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of technical engineering experience.
• Experience with operational parameters and troubleshooting in distributed systems (compute, storage, networking, databases, etc.).
• English-language communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math or equivalent work experience.

Aufgaben

• Provide TAM services and act as the principal technical advisor to AWS customers.
• Lead discussions with senior leadership on incidents, trade-offs, scope, and risk management.
• Coordinate with AWS engineering and service teams to resolve customer issues and optimize environments.
• Travel as needed up to 25% to meet customer needs.
