Hilbert is hiring a Talent Specialist to build our LATAM talent engine across Mexico, Brazil, Colombia, Argentina, Peru, Chile and beyond. This sourcing-heavy, high-ownership role requires you to own searches, map markets, and build pipelines across engineering, AI/ML, product, GTM, growth, operations, and corporate roles.

You will identify exceptional passive candidates through diverse channels, craft outreach that resonates, and partner with hiring managers to calibrate searches with market

Formación

• Hands-on recruiting across LATAM markets (Mexico, Brazil, Colombia, Argentina, Peru, Chile).
• Sourcer at heart who engages passive talent rather than relying on inbound.
• Able to move between technical and non-technical profiles.
• Research markets and turn into a pipeline.
• Comfortable with LinkedIn Recruiter and advanced searches.
• Resourceful and able to work with changing priorities.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.

• Build LATAM talent pipelines across Mexico, Brazil, Colombia, Argentina, Peru, Chile and more.
• Source across engineering, AI/ML, product, GTM, growth, operations, and corporate roles.
• Turn hiring needs into sourcing strategy quickly; map the market and identify talent pools.
• Find exceptional passive candidates through multiple channels and tests outreach messaging.
• Build talent maps for difficult searches and drive candidate momentum through interviews.
• Partner with hiring managers to calibrate searches and use market data to improve decisions.
• Track outreach metrics and adjust approach when needed.
• Develop market intelligence on compensation, competitors, and candidate behavior.
