Mercor is partnering with a leading AI research lab to develop next-generation TTS systems with natural, expressive voices. We seek Latin America–based voice actors who are native Spanish speakers with a neutral delivery for training and evaluating cutting-edge speech models.

This ongoing opening offers a single recording session of approximately four hours, with a potential second session based on client needs. Your voice will be used exclusively for the CX AI Agent.

Formación

• Native Latin American Spanish speaker with neutral accent.
• Clear, expressive voice; narration or broadcast experience is a plus.
• Access to pro or near-pro recording setup (mic, quiet room, pop filter).

Responsabilidades

• Record high-quality voice samples across diverse scripts (conversational, narrative, instructional).
• Deliver clear, natural, expressive speech with strong control over tone and pronunciation.
• Maintain consistency in voice, accent, and delivery across sessions.
• Follow detailed recording guidelines (environment, mic setup, file formats).
• Perform multiple takes with variations in emotion and style as needed.
