Mercor is seeking experienced Spanish Linguistic Experts to join an AI research project. You will evaluate LLM performance on Spanish-language tasks and curate high-quality linguistic data to train and improve the model's understanding and generation.

Formación

• Native or near-native fluency in Spanish with strong grammar and stylistics.
• Experience in translation, editing, linguistic annotation, or NLP data work in Spanish.
• Understanding of linguistic nuances and regional variations.
• Interest in AI and language technologies.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate quality of LLM-generated Spanish text across use cases such as translation, summarization, dialogue, and grammar correction.
• Edit, refine, or rewrite Spanish content to meet linguistic and cultural standards.
• Annotate Spanish text for grammatical, syntactic, and semantic features.
• Identify model errors and language gaps, and collaborate with AI researchers to improve LLM performance.
• Provide detailed linguistic feedback to guide model training.
