Medpace Buenos Aires is seeking a full-time, office-based Site Contract Manager to join our LatAm Site Contracts team in Clinical Operations. You will report to the LatAm Senior Contract Manager and help drive study start-up and trial management.

The role requires LATAM site contract expertise, knowledge of GCP, and English fluency. You will lead negotiations, draft templates, and oversee budget reviews while supporting staff development.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required with 4 years in clinical operations or a JD with contract experience.
• LATAM Site Contracts experience required; US project experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Act as Contract Study Lead for assigned studies and manage contract team performance.
• Create project-specific site contract documents and templates.
• Review contract queries and escalate where needed.
• Ensure timely budget and contract reviews and updates in ClinTrak.
• Support site payments and vendor contracts to minimize risk.
• Develop and implement contract management and compliance initiatives.
• Line manage staff and provide recruitment/training oversight.
• May handle additional projects as assigned.
