Medpace is seeking a full-time Contract Specialist to join the LatAm Site Contract Team within Clinical Operations. The role supports study start-up and site contract management, reporting to the LatAm Contract Manager, and advancing project start-up activities.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years of site contract negotiation experience, a relevant Bachelor’s degree, and strong English skills; Portuguese is desirable. Applicants are encouraged to submit in English.

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, legal studies, or life sciences.
• Ability to work with internal and external customers/vendors to meet project-specific goals.
• Ability to manage high volume work and meet deadlines.
• Flexibility to strategically manage negotiations with minimal oversight.
• Ability to interact with site and other functional areas as secondary project contact for contracting issues.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare, negotiate, track and finalize CDA, CTA, Budgets and LOI and amendments.
• Manage all contractual agreements with investigator sites including budget and language negotiation.
• Identify site contract risks and roadblocks proactively.
• Prepare contract approval timelines with investigators to meet study deliverables.
• Maintain communication with project team and sites regarding status of contractual requirements.
• Collaborate with project team to ensure client deliverables and expectations are met.
• Liaise with internal customers to review contract or budget areas impacting site contracts.
