Job summary

Medpace is seeking a full-time Contract Specialist to join the LatAm Site Contract Team within Clinical Operations. The role focuses on study start-up and management of site contracts with investigators and internal teams.

You will prepare, negotiate and finalize CDA/CTA documents, budgets and LOI amendments, monitor timelines, and mitigate risks to ensure delivery of study milestones and client expectations.

Qualifications

• Experience negotiating site contracts with investigators or CROs.
• Ability to manage high-volume work and meet strict deadlines.
• Strong communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, negotiate, track and finalize CDA, CTA, budgets, and LOIs and amendments as needed.
• 2-4 years of site contract negotiation experience preferred.
• Manage all required contractual agreements with investigator sites and track status.
