Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field.
• +3 years of remote or on-site clinical monitoring experience with ICH GCP knowledge.
• +2 years in a lead role.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.
• Strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Centralized Monitoring team and oversee clinical deliverables.
• Act as Unblinded Clinical Lead including IP management and risk mitigation.
• Manage project resources (CRAs/ Central Monitors/ CTAs/ Centralized Monitoring staff).
• Develop monitoring analytics strategy and RBM tools.
• Support study monitoring strategy and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Mentor or coach junior staff.

Education

Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field
