Redtree LATAM is actively seeking a Senior Instrumentation & Control Engineer to lead the I&C discipline across EPC and EPCM projects within the LATAM team. You will set technical direction, oversee engineering deliverables, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to advance energy and industrial initiatives.
Ideal candidates bring 10+ years in instrumentation and control for large-scale processes, strong leadership, and advanced English proficiency to coordinate with global stakeholders.
Formación
- Degree in Electronic, Automation, Instrumentation & Control, or related field.
- 10+ years in instrumentation and control on industrial projects.
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Ability to coordinate tasks across concurrent projects.
Responsabilidades
- Lead the Instrumentation & Control discipline on EPC/EPCM and other projects.
- Define control and automation philosophies, criteria, and standards.
- Supervise and review engineering deliverables.
- Lead technical reviews with clients and vendors; coordinate multidisciplinary teams.
- Evaluate technology solutions and control system architectures; manage risks.
- Contribute to engineering estimates, proposals, and tenders.
- Ensure compliance with project technical, quality, schedule, and cost requirements.
