Job summary

Syngenta seeks a LATAM Product Chemistry Lead, based in CDMX, Buenos Aires, Bogotá, or Colombia to support regulatory chemistry for Crop Protection products in LATAM. You will liaise with Global Product Chemistry, Production & Supply, and project teams to enable registrations and lifecycle management.

You will guide regulatory strategies, prepare technical dossiers, and ensure compliance with LATAM requirements, while collaborating with regional teams and authorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy or equivalent.
• At least 2 years in product registration or regulatory chemistry.
• Knowledge of LATAM regulatory requirements.
• Strong analytical skills and data interpretation.
• Ability to work in cross-functional teams.
• Fluent English and local language skills.
• Postgraduate qualification in a relevant field.
• Experience with LATAM registration processes and multicultural teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage regulatory chemistry for LATAM portfolio and life-cycle management.
• Collaborate with Global Product Chemistry and Regulatory teams on LATAM strategies.
• Provide technical regulatory chemistry expertise to internal and external stakeholders.
• Prepare, outsource, and submit registration documentation for LATAM.
• Advocate for company positions using robust scientific evidence.
