Abbott LATAM seeks an AS&T Manager to lead analytical science and technology activities for Argentina, Brazil, Mexico, and other LATAM sites. The role ensures harmonized analytical methods, regulatory compliance, and lifecycle support across manufacturing sites.

Based in Argentina at the Florencio Varela plant, you will coach regional teams, drive continuous improvement, and ensure GMP compliance while coordinating with Operations, Quality, Regulatory, and Supply Chain.

Formación

• Bachelor-level degree in a scientific discipline with advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum 10 years in pharma with 5+ years in AS&T, MS&T, QA, or related technical support.
• Experience supporting products lifecycle, transfers, regulatory submissions, and post-approval changes.

Responsabilidades

• Provide regional scientific leadership for analytical activities across LATAM sites.
• Support product lifecycle, technology transfers, and regulatory compliance.
• Lead analytical compliance initiatives and continuous improvement projects.
• Direct and develop regional and local MS&T/AS&T teams for LATAM.
• Manage performance expectations, succession planning, and talent development.
