Job summary

CSL is seeking a Cluster Medical Lead to deliver medical strategy across Colombia, Argentina and Chile. Based in Argentina or another cluster country, you will lead Medical Affairs, ensure high-quality scientific input, and guide clinical strategy to support growth.

You will build relationships with key opinion leaders, public health bodies, regulators, and cross-functional teams, ensuring compliant medical activities and education across the region.

Qualifications

• MD or PhD/PharmD with relevant scientific background.
• Minimum 10 years in pharma/biotherapeutics.
• Fluency in Spanish and English.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic medical leadership and shape a high-performance culture.
• Lead the medical team to deliver evidence for local and global studies.
• Translate cluster medical strategy into action across Colombia, Argentina and Chile.
• Engage external stakeholders and thought leaders; oversee medical education.
• Ensure ethical, compliant medical activities and governance.
