Zusammenfassung

Quadcode, a fintech company delivering a SaaS trading platform, is seeking an Influencer Marketing Manager to build and scale creator partnerships across LATAM with emphasis on Mexico and Argentina.

This hands-on role requires an established local network and the ability to drive brand visibility and measurable acquisition through creator relationships. You will manage end-to-end campaigns and collaborate on LATAM activations.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of influencer marketing experience.
• Established network of influencer agencies, talent managers, and creators in Mexico and/or Argentina.
• Experience managing campaigns end-to-end from outreach to reporting.
• Understanding of brand-awareness and performance metrics for influencer campaigns.
• Native-level Spanish and confident English (B2+).

Aufgaben

• Source and build long-term relationships with creators and influencers across LATAM, focusing on Argentina and Mexico.
• Manage influencer collaborations end-to-end: outreach, negotiations, briefs, approvals, delivery and reporting.
• Build a reliable pipeline of creators, managers and agencies, prioritizing 300k+ follower profiles.
• Track campaign performance and provide insights on scaling, optimization or termination.
• Support local projects, offline events and creator activations across LATAM.
• Represent Quadcode publicly as the contact for creators, agencies and partners.
